  Jay N. Friesen, President

Jay has over 35 years of business experience, having successfully built and sold a private investment company that managed in excess of $85M in capital. He is a past member of the insurance industries Million Dollar Round Table. He has been the director of both provincial and national charitable organizations. He is a skilled communicator, negotiator and facilitator. The last 7 years of his career have been focused on public companies; assisting in capital raises and overall corporate development.
 Nathan J. Friesen, Vice President

Nathan has worked in capital markets for the past decade focused on navigating the storms of the NYSE as an equities trader. During this time he also built and managed a trading floor for a large, private, US broker-dealer which he sold in 2006. He continues to trade the markets daily. n 2008, Nathan's equities trading volume used a cumulative total of more than $700M USD.  Prior to his involvement in the markets, Nathan received his BBA with Honours focused in Marketing & Finance.  Outside of work, Nathan takes an active role with several charitable organizations, lending a hand both locally and internationally.
